IMPORTANT: By accessing or using the Nexxa Connect Inc. website at nexxaconnect.ca or submitting information through any intake portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or portals.

nexxaconnect.ca (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Nexxa Connect Inc., a federal corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act. The Website includes our main corporate pages, the Subcontractor Intake Portal, the Inspector Intake Portal, and the Contact Form (collectively the “Portals”).
The Website provides information about our programme delivery services, our delivery network, and the process for applying to join our subcontractor or inspector network. The Website is not a procurement portal and does not constitute a solicitation for or offer of employment.
2.  Eligibility
By using the Website you represent that:
•  You are at least 18 years of age
•  You are accessing the Website on behalf of yourself or a legally registered business
•  The information you provide through any portal or form is accurate, complete, and current
•  You are not using the Website for any unlawful purpose
3.  Intake Portal Applications
Submission of an application through the Subcontractor Intake Portal or the Inspector Intake Portal does not constitute or guarantee an offer of engagement, a contract, or any commitment by Nexxa Connect Inc. All applications are reviewed at our sole discretion.
By submitting an application you:
•  Consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy at nexxaconnect.ca/privacy
•  Confirm that all information submitted is accurate and that you hold the credentials, insurance, and clearances stated
•  Understand that misrepresentation of credentials, insurance coverage, or clearance status will result in immediate disqualification and may result in legal action
•  Acknowledge that we may contact you at the email address and phone number you provide to discuss your application and potential assignments
4.  Intellectual Property
All content on the Website including text, graphics, logos, the Nexxa Connect name and brand, the Nexxa operating methodology, and all written materials is the property of Nexxa Connect Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law and applicable intellectual property legislation.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without our express prior written consent. You may print or download content for your personal, non-commercial reference only.
5.  Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Website or Portals to:
